Background
Hill earned coaching certifications from Tulane Leadership Institute and the National Equity Project, and has mentored aspiring leaders through various leadership programs. She serves as the Cowen Institute’s executive director and received a Tulane Research, Scholarship, and Artistic Achievement award — one of the many testaments to her community service.
